服務非常好，房間也很乾凈，就是不要帶食物放在房間，會有小螞蟻😄注意一下不影響居住的。酒店環境很原生態 很幽靜，泳池也很乾凈，班車出行也很方便。非常好的一次居住體驗😊ง

呵呵，這酒店不會再來第二次！！！
check in前台要求説英文，説房間等到下午三點給我打電話，我一直大廳等着、好三點過了看她跟那站着並且沒有在接待客人，好 我還得自己過去問！如果房間安排的好也可以，但是房間安排的太差被子潮濕、有蚊子，我脖子腳腕都被咬了，去夜間動物園都沒被蚊子咬！
早餐接待那位也衹會英文，好嘛您連阿拉伯數字都聽不懂？房間號還得跟您説英文，多少有點裝了吧……想在自己酒店吃早餐就是半自助、需要點餐（真的不好吃），全自助就要坐shuttle bus去旁邊酒店，雖然不遠但確實不方便！
槽點太多懶得説了！帶着孩子 出來玩 不想多浪費時間！
但是禮賓部服務人員都很好，買門票、取送行李、送雨傘、主動指路等等。每天minibar免費，後門直通水上樂園。
反正不會再來了！！！

房間很大，離環球影城很近，有免費的換乘車可坐，旁邊就是水上樂園。服務很好，晚上的飛機，早上到酒店很早，本應是下午3點入住，考慮我們有孩子和長者，提前辦理入住，非常感謝。想要在聖淘沙島上玩可以考慮逸濠酒店。
