房間太小了，根本沒有住星級酒店的感覺，樓上的餐吧也很小，東西也不好吃，唯一好一點就是服務比較好吧，溝通無障礙

地理位置特別好，就在novena地鐵站上面，兩站就到烏節路，房間大環境好，離newton熟食中心也近，文東記老店也在附近。下到B3很近就有donki可逛。隔壁商場1樓還有我最愛的jolibee

The floor in the room was very dirty, probably because the shower room wasn't waterproofed properly. The floor next to the bed was soaked and looked disgusting. I complained to the front desk but to no avail. Their attitude was average and I couldn't change the room. The breakfast was not good either. The only good thing was that it was close to the mall, which was convenient. The hotel itself, the facilities and services were average.
