Not a 4 star at all…
This hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in reality I would say it’s a 3 star hotel (or less). Bedsheets were stained (even after the housekeepers changed it), hair everywhere, ants in the room, bathroom floods every time we shower, only amenities in the room are toothbrush. Staff at the front desk is not really friendly, no sorry for room card not working, no sorry for ants in the room. The only time they smiled is when they said that there was no courtesy room in the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a 4 star hotel experience, way better hotels in Singapore.

There were a lot of small cocoon-like bugs on the walls. At first I thought it was just dirt, but they were falling onto the bedding and it was unpleasant. The room seems to be properly cleaned, but I wish they had removed the bugs as well.
