This was a terrible experience. I booked in a rush and didn’t check carefully. The hotel facilities are very old. The air conditioning automatically switches to low fan speed, and I woke up several times during the night feeling hot, barely sleeping at all. The room is facing the street and is extremely noisy, and the outer window can’t be fully closed. It was a miserable night. But the service staff were quite nice, and this three-star rating is for them; otherwise, I wouldn’t even give one star. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Singapore at the same price range, and they were much better value than this.
