Good breakfast with halal food. Lobby even has a children’s playground. Feels newly renovated.

Comfy and close to everything. The room was comfortable, and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious but very, very busy. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues.

Hotel room seem abit old but room is clean. There is a 7 eleven store in the hotel itself, which is very convenient.

Good for Family, there are many activities such as Golf practice, playground, swimming pool

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

The facilities are good, in comparison with the price per night and hotel location. Everything is as ok / acceptable level for a budget friendly hotel.

I can”t imagine that I have paid for over 1200$ per day with such a very poor quality hotel. More angry to realise that trip.com has been marked up over 400$ for the room type and the front desk also admitted that the price I have paid should be a deluxe room instead of such a cage! Really really disappointed even for a loyal customer of trip.com like me. I will not book hotel from trip.com anymore. Everyone should pay special attention before making a booking with trip.com. I will spread out this poor experience and cheating act of trip.com in all media.

The room was a little dirty and cramped but the space was big enought

£457 is a lot for four nights in a shoe box.. the room was tiny, so small you couldn't open your case on the floor. The widest part of the room was the bed which touched both walls , then narrowed to accommodate the bathroom, which had no sink. Breakfast was edible but the dinning room was far too small to cater for the number of guests staying.

It has dust in room. And they don’t clean the room for 2nd night.

Cozy room, though the amenities are not new. We loved the pool and the bath tub in the Club Room. The pool is clean. The food is ok, even if the buffet area is a bit lacking in light. Same for the whole hotel, in general -- a bit lacking in brighter lights. The staff are friendly and accommodating, along with the convenient process of restocking supplies in the room. Overall, a convenient area, especially if you want to soak in the cultural offering of Tiong Bahru and River Valley area.

The location is the best thing about hotel. But unfortunately my soft toy disappear and nobody knows anything! I am really sad about it
