The room is very small, it is difficult to put down a piece of luggage, Pigeon Cage Hotel. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor and it was very noisy all night

A nice hotel to hold your event however, room is such a dissapointment. No bidet which caused alot of inconvenienced for me especially with elderly around. Charger point is not beside the bed however at the study table.
Bed is comfortable though.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

The hotel has a great location, very close to MRT. It also has everything we need and want, such as restaurants, convenience store, swimming pool, fitness centre etc. Wifi speed was good too, always automatically connected as long as we are in the building.
