I often travel to Singapore. This time I went to watch a concert, so I rented this two-star hotel near the performance venue. The decoration is also very new. Regarding the ticket issue, I arrived after 10pm. The male staff in the lobby had a very average attitude. Maybe he had a hard face and no smile at all. The room was quite clean, but the soundproofing was not very good. I was woken up by the cleaning staff outside the door at around 8 o'clock in the morning who were cleaning the room opposite. There is no bottled water provided in the room, but there is a water machine in the hotel lobby that can fill water, so you need to bring your own plastic bottles. There are many various restaurants nearby for food, and they are open until late. There is a Vietnamese restaurant that is very good and the price is very affordable. You can consider staying here again, the important thing is that it is clean.

It was so good. The facilities were clean, the air conditioning was great, and the water came out well. It was even better than I thought. They even kept my luggage after I checked out, so I had a fun trip :)

I like the lighting in the room and the long chairs where I can put things. The shower in the bathroom is a bit difficult to control. The location is quite good, very close to the station, food and convenience stores.

There are a lot of snacks around, and it’s a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk service is very good, and the cleaning lady is also very kind.

When we arrived at the store around 4 pm, we told the front desk in Chinese that we wanted to go to a high floor without an elevator. The male front desk said that there were only rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors without elevators. A female front desk also said that there were only rooms on the 2nd floor, which we accepted. My husband also specifically asked if there were any bars nearby and if they would be noisy at night. The answer he received was that it would not be noisy. When I returned to the room at 11 o'clock in the evening, the sound of water flowing from the sewer was so loud that it felt like I was passing by my head. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, it was still very noisy. I couldn't help but go to the front desk to change rooms. The two dark-skinned guys at the front desk quickly changed the room. They seemed to know that there was something wrong with that room. To be honest, I was a little angry. The check-in time was very early, and I also asked for quietness. As a result, I was assigned a room where I couldn't sleep. There was no misunderstanding in Chinese communication throughout the whole process, and I had to change rooms late at night. Apart from this service issue, the bed was pretty good and comfortable, and it was very close to the restaurant. There will be some foreign workers sitting on the roadside. Safety is not a problem. Single girls just need to pay attention.

I stayed at this hotel the other day. I chose it because of the low price, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. When I checked in, the air conditioner in my room didn't work at all, so I asked the front desk to replace it. However, they didn't respond quickly, and I ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour. After that, they said the air conditioner had been fixed and I was returned to my original room, but there was no improvement at all, so I appealed to the front desk again and was finally shown to a different room. The first room smelled bad of cigarettes and didn't feel very clean. The staff's attitude was not very polite, and I felt uncomfortable from start to finish. I realized that it is dangerous to choose a hotel based solely on low price. If I wanted a comfortable stay, I regret that I should have chosen a hotel with better conditions.

The room was clean and very comfortable.
