出差還不錯，算是比較便宜的酒店了，就是房間裏面有螞蟻。

去聖淘沙很方便

安靜、乾淨、有點小

房間不大，挺乾淨，位置挺好的。過街就是vivo city 。離地鐵公交站都很近

The location is good. There is a large shopping mall called Vivocity next to it. You can see the small beach through the mall. It is also close to the light rail. However, our triple room has no windows, and the air conditioner can't adjust the temperature, which is a bit uncomfortable. It may be that Singapore is very expensive, so the room size is relatively small.

凌晨到的，接待員態度也很好，入住井然有序，當時攜程活動團的就衹有一個晚上有房間，果斷訂了，就怡豐城對面（吃住交通都方便），去環球近，房間洗漱台挺大，格局不錯但就是床頭挨着窗户且窗外是馬路和高價這噪音（睡眠且的建議換一側房間可能好點），酒店新，行李寄存自助。

There was funeral music playing early in the morning. It was speechless. The room is close to the road and the soundproofing is not good. Fortunately, I brought earplugs. There are no toothbrushes and bathroom slippers, so you need to bring your own. The towels are also very broken, so it is best to bring disposable ones. The advantage is that it is a subway hub. There are Ya Kun and Bak Kut Teh in vivo city, so you don’t have to squeeze in popular attractions. There are many buses, so it is convenient to go anywhere. You need to go to the mall at the entrance of Universal Studios early to transfer

1박에 30만원이상씩 하는데 물도 리필도 안해주고 청소도 안해줍니다 그나마 수건이라도 바꿔달라고 했는데 저녁에 오니 그대로 네요 생수가격은 칼같이 받네요 그나마 4인룸이라 방컨디션은 괜찮았는데 그이하는 별로일듯합니다 직원들 서비스 응대가 별로입니다 다시는 가고 싶지 않네요

guest room 916, personal opinion 1) I am very dissatisfied with the hotel’s tidy up rules. As a 4-star hotel, there is a rule that the trash cans are only emptied every two days! 2) As a 4-star hotel, there is a clean up policy that only replaces supplies every 5 nights! 3) There is no place to hang clothes in the shower room. I traveled with my family (with a boyfriend and a daughter) and I didn’t know how to take a shower. Because there is a large mirror in front of the toilet, family members can see the shower room through the mirror from the bed in the room. Resulting in someone who has to clear the room every time I want to take a shower. Otherwise, if you put your clothes outside the door, there will be a mirror as soon as you open the door. If someone is in the room, you won't know how to get dressed. 4) Luggage storage is quite weird. Apart from the fact that it is self-service, there is no staff to guard it. Guests put it and take it by themselves. Key point: This 4-star hotel makes me question the 4-star rating. How did such hotel service facilities get a 4-star rating? Except for the vivo city and MRT station opposite the hotel, the service of the hotel itself is really not worthy of 4 stars.
