Good stay at the newly renovated Amara Hotel. Although the check in process was a little longer due to the check in system down, the hotel staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We can see the good efforts made by the hotel staff. Guests who were waiting to check in were served with drinks and snacks. I would like to give praises to Mr Kaswandi and his team. Thumb up for him who has been patiently explained why there is a delay during the checking in. The room is so spacious and very clean. Amenities provided in the room are great. Love the bathroom with its one press function for the rain shower. Location of the hotel is great as it is conveniently linked to a shopping mall. Will definitely go back for our next staycation soon.

The newly renovated room is brighter than the previous one, but there are some problems left over from the renovation. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The breakfast 🥣 is also quite rich, with different flavors every day, which is pretty good. The front desk and the housekeeper have good service attitudes, which is worth it 👍
