Cleanliness: Upon entering, I noticed stains on the bedsheets. The yellowed stains were quite disgusting. (Image 1) This indicates poor cleaning, and there's even a suspicion that the bedsheets haven't been changed. Secondly, the air conditioner filter hadn't been cleaned (Image 2). The control panel indicated an alarm indicating the filter needed cleaning. It's hard to imagine how much bacteria and fungi the air conditioning airflow carries. They disregard the health of their customers and their lungs. Environment: The window opens to a wall, with no view at all. Transportation is relatively convenient, with many bus stops nearby. Service: Terrible. On our second night, around midnight, a group of people arrived next door. They were screaming, drinking, partying, singing, and jumping, shaking the floorboards. It wasn't until 3:00 a.m. that the neighbors finally quieted down. I contacted customer service at midnight, hoping they would contact the front desk. Customer service told me the front desk number was unreachable. So, both I and customer service contacted the front desk, calling for three hours, but we couldn't get through until around 3:00 AM. The next day, the hotel explained to me and customer service that the front desk was either in the restroom, in a guest's room, or asleep. The excuse was ridiculous. No one would spend three hours in the restroom. If the front desk was empty in the early hours and they chose to sleep in, it was completely unprofessional, completely disregarding the safety and needs of the guests, and completely lacking service. Besides my room, other nearby guests also left the hallway or went downstairs to the front desk to report the noise, but nothing worked. The next morning, I was woken again by someone playing a loud TV show in the hallway, resulting in less than four hours of sleep, completely disrupting my travel plans and ruining my trip. Amenities: The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so I had to open the window for ventilation! The TV flickered for some reason, perhaps due to an unstable signal. There was plenty of hot water.

The room wasn't large, but the bed was very comfortable. The facilities showed some signs of wear, but the room we stayed in was clean and tidy. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it easy to walk or take the bus or subway to tourist attractions. Booking in advance was a great value. This is a hotel I'd book again with my family.

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is far from the subway station and it takes about ten minutes to walk to take the subway. The room is generally clean.
