部屋は清潔感があり、バスタブが付いていたので有り難かったです。日本語での利用案内も置いてあり、英語が不自由でも、不便なことはありませんでした。朝食のクオリティも高く、3日間利用しましたか、飽きることなく大満足しました。私たちは朝が早く、7時台に食事をしたので問題ありませんでしたが、8時から9時は常に長蛇の列でした。ホテルスタッフのサービスも丁寧かつフレンドリーで、滞在中は終始気持ちが良かったです。必ずリピートします！

位置地段很好，景觀不錯，游泳池沒有更衣間的，需要在房間換好再過去，這是意想不到的，早餐品類很少，牛奶都要搶，晚了都沒牛奶喝，沒有人補充的。

1. 辦理入住時因為房間尚未可以入住，外出晚上回來辦理入住時前台應該是一位華人小哥，先用英語溝通説明瞭我的情況，小哥依據護照確認房間訊息後用英語詢問確認入住天數和退房日期時沒聽清（本人英語熟練度問題），小哥隨即禮貌地詢問是否可以用中文溝通，得到肯定答覆後轉用普通話明確訊息，還禮貌地表達了歉意，這個必須點贊～；
2. 入住當天晚上睡前發現床上有一根毛髮，考慮到時間比較晚且另一張床未見問題，便沒有找客房服務更換床單，第二天早上在有毛髮到地方放了提示更換床上用品的木牌，晚上回來發現兩張床的床單等全部換新了，可能看到我自己買水了，保潔員還多放了一瓶水～；
3. 晚上回來時，在大堂門口處工作人員主動問好，聽到了“Welcome back”時瞬間想到了“賓至如歸”一詞，心情指數也上升了幾個度～；
4. 交通便利，靠近商場。

房間挺大的，尤其是衞生間很寬敞，不過看不出40平，服務也很好，空調製冷很快，離地鐵走路特別近，出行很方便，最後早餐完勝費爾蒙…但泳池沒那麼好看…

酒店的位置也算不錯，樓下很多餐廳可以吃飯還有松發肉骨茶。最重要的是酒店服務人員都非常親切友善。每次出門都讓門口服務人員幫我叫車。每天早餐吃完出去玩，下午回到酒店房間就已經打掃的乾乾乾淨凈了，瓶裝礦泉水都給你碼得整整齊齊每天都放十瓶。不用你打電話叫送水的。這家酒店還是值得一住的。不像第一天住的費爾蒙酒店真是噁心水都不提供，服務又差。看小紅書騙**説費爾蒙好都是廣告。
