A bit not what I have expected. (Not in a good way, lol) Let's talk about the pros of this hotel in my view. The location was good, very centralized and a lots of shops and eating place nearby. 5 min walks to Bencoolen Mrt station and 7-10min walk to Bugis Mrt station.
The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Room was rather clean.
I just found out that the hotel operate in a co-living style, similar of a hostel way of operation except they are nicer in decor and have private room. It mean that they have a common kitchen/ room area where you can have meals together with other strangers and tea bag and coffee have to be obtained from there rather then it is readily placed in your room. There is a common fridge there in level 2 common area and at every level along the corridor.
My check in was delay by 40min as during the time of checking in at 5pm, I was informed that the room is not ready yet. They should have ample time to make my room due to the fact that I booked the room 2 weeks ago and the previous stayer did not extend the stay. My mood was affected as I have plans for the evening after checking in. In the end I have to cancel a plan or two due to the check in delay.
The not so big TV do not have tv programs for you to watch, on the contrary of what it is stated in the trip.com page where they have a satellite and cable channels. ( see attached)
It only allow u to podcast your phone app to the TV to watch whatever u have on the phone.
For Slippers, bottled waters, toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush, they are not provided in room. They are only provided upon request at the reception counter. I was not told of that during the check in and I have to run down to level 1 again to ask them then the staff would tell me so. I need to run down because there is no telephone in the room. They only have the phone at the level 2 common area for u to use which is rather unnecessary as the reception counter is just at level 1. Might as well go str to reception counter. Therefore I am not very impressed by their facilities.
All these information are not stated in their trip.com booking page during the time when i made the booking.
Overall I am not impressed with the hotel and their operating style not because they are not good. It is just that it is just not my preference. I would have booked another hotel that is not co-living style if I have known the above beforehand.

The room is not big, but the relevant facilities are complete. It was clean, but the room had a damp smell even though the air conditioner was always on. The surrounding environment is good, the service is also good, and there is no need for any special service.

Location is OK, 300m from MRT, room is too narrow compared to the picture, cleaning is only done once every 2 days, can't request cleaning every day, staff doesn't support

The hotel is located in a very good location, surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and near the train station. The area near the hotel is also near the market and famous temples in Singapore.
