酒店地理位置非常優越，步行可到很多商場及公園，適合city walk。酒店夜景很漂亮，可以看到金沙。最重要的是房間超大，三張床還有很多空間，酒店服務很上心，每天會有兩次打掃衞生，補充飲用水等等。尤其要表揚一下來自台灣的前台經理潘虹，非常熱心的領我們參觀酒店介紹房間設施，耐心解答我們的各種問題。還有個前台新加坡帥哥，主動幫忙辦理入住登記及介紹周邊遊玩及餐廳情況。非常完美的入住體驗。

服務非常非常好，每天有門僮開關門，送行李。酒店三點入駐，但到的早，可以給客人提前辦理入住。非常棒。返回新加坡，繼續預訂了這個酒店。在烏節路，購物吃飯地鐵都非常方便

Our first time staying with Four Seasons, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room and facilities. We are regular gym users and this is the best gym by far we have had the benefit of. We will definitely try Four Seasons elsewhere as a result of our stay in Singapore.

服務比較差，剛去的時候門僮還幫着拿行李，但退房後出來他們站在門口聊天也不幫我們拿行李上車。沒有歡迎水果，打電話去要，才勉強送了一份，還反覆強調再要就要收錢了。早餐超難吃，現磨咖啡都沒有。
