M Hotel Singapore City Centre Reviews

Overall experience was quite pleasant. Room was spacious enough for 3 people (although there was no view). Breakfast has a variety of food also. The only downside was that we had to wait for more than 15 mins for a lift before checking out, although there were 4 lifts. (The lift stopped at our level about 4-5 times but it was always full)

There was always an awful smell from bathroom drainage during our 3 nights stay here . Overall amenities only toothbrush provided and was a bit not match to their 4stars hotel . No bottle mineral water provided even a proper pantry for us to refill a clean water . Was wondering that all is go green concept, but hotel rate is keep increasing. Thanks for giving a bottle of M wine during our 3 nights stay (probably a promotion package from trip.com ) . Not a really good wine but ok to drink

Location is good and the room is spacious. Only 3 mins walk from MRT. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness can be further improved, eg the corners of the drawers can be wiped.

Big room. A bit old but serviceable. Checkin is ok though definitely could be better (I think there is a big conference there so everything is chaotic at that time)

The room had ants, so we requested a room change. The staffs were extremely unhelpful every step of the way, and ruined the whole experience. I had high expectations for a 4 star hotel but the whole stay was just disappointing. I don't recommend to travellers. Location wise the hotel was okay. Though there are currently a lot of construction going on around.

Walk around 5-6 min to station Tanjong. Can use multiple exit (H or A). The station is near some little mall that have food / Drink there. Pretty convenience. You can enjoy the harbour view seeing the cruise pier nearby as it near the harbour. (2-3 Km aways f.hotel est.) The bed is comfort , the staffs are nice. easy check out system. No need to wait queue. bathroom amenities only have toothpaste/Brush. Soap&Shampoo. No shaver , no comb, no cotton pad / bath cap. With this price, it expected to have completed necessity items. Overall is very good place to stay. Peaceful for work at hotel also.

Great location with walking distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Easy access to Chinatown within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby for choosing.

House keeping staffs were kind and nice. However the house keeping jobs were not done perfectly. So far everything was alright, there are rooms to improve indeed.

Hotel room was big and clean. My family enjoyed their stay very much.

The room especially the bed is fantastic, just a little bit slow response getting from reception during check-in with no information given. The breakfast is excellent and the Chinese guy housekeeping is always so nice. Overall I give 9/10

It was good. For a last minute thingy. Our room was upgraded with a sofa bed. The toilet came with bidet which is a plus.

Had a great stay at Hotel M, very easy access, staff was efficient. Close to mrt and Gardens by the bay. Would definitely come back.
