I booked a double window room, was plenty of space for one person. Cleaning was done every day and hotel provided fresh bottled water every day. I know Singapore accomodation is very small, this accomodation is good size and value. One thing to note is wifi is patchy in the room (I used data).

Hello Trip.com, my experience this time was the room was locked from 4a.m to 12p.m. I was stand outside the room for 8 hours. The midnight receptionist was so rude and always sleep since the first day we arrived. But thank you to trip.com for helping to reach the hotel for make the process faster. And thank you to the staff Elina that replace for the morning shiff. She was so helpful give us room while waiting the our room to be unlocked. She also the one that help us out to the incharge to give us 1 night free to stay since we spend our night waiting outside our room cause the room been locked.

I was simply given another room which is very small and barely able to fit a stroller. The pictures shown when booking and the description that the property has three queen size beds are not accurate. There are just two beds crammed into a small room. This is not what I paid for and I would like to hear back. I was told on site at the hotel that they cannot help me. I specifically chose this booking to make it easier with a 5 month old baby.

It's really very average, even a little bad. There are cockroaches in the room. I went to work for the F1 race, so I couldn't book other hotels, so I had to stay here. It's in Little India, there are many Indians, so there are still many things to eat around
