Check-in was suppose to be 3pm as stated on the listing but we were only able to check-in at around 4.30pm. The cleanliness of the tent and the beds was very bad, with stains seen. The tent beside us was leaking water as it was raining and the guests staying there went home in the middle of the night. The listing states that we could get a free carpark ticket but we had to pay in the end.
