Other than the location, everything else quite disappointing. Pictures looked amazing but the actual room seems pretty far from the real thing. Maybe in the past it was like the pictures but definitely not now. At the reception, staff just kept pointing to the sign that states all the information for check in like the time and deposit information. Yes, you have a sign, but what if I cannot read? Upon entering the room, it was hot and stuffy. There was cigarette smell. Might be from the room or from the back alley cause the windows were opened. The glass and mirror was full of water stain and the bathtub water was quite yellowish. After the tub was filled, it feel slimmy. The Wi-Fi router also looks like it is falling off the ceiling and the light at the bathtub area did not turn on.
Water pressure was good and hot water was pretty scalding which is good but other wise, they need to step up on the maintenance and refurbishment.

Double capsule, with many facilities that I don’t see in other capsule hotel. There is kettle and cups for making coffee and tea.

Very low value for money hotel. The air conditioner in the room was broken and I complained to the front desk many times, but no one came to help me fix it. There was no hot water in the shower room, and the original words of the front desk were: "Everyone washes like this, just bear with it." Definitely won't come again
