Weird! I checked in at 12 o'clock and just fell asleep. At 1 o'clock, the alarm went off four times! I only checked in for 6 hours, why did you wake me up in the middle! Then at 6 o'clock, you called me on time to urge me to check out. The room was also very cold! Fortunately, I brought a hot water bottle. The facilities are very old, there are no windows, and the air is not good!

My flight was delayed by 5 hours and I ended up checking in after midnight and very tired. In those circumstances, a positive check-in experience would have been appreciated. Instead Tash could hardly manage more than a grunt as she continued to look at her computer screen (and i was the only customer). Anna was minimally better after she took over the check-in process. Some very basic customer service training is required. Such as, greet a customer with eye contact when they check-in and don't continue to look at a computer screen.

We arrived in Changi at 2200 and was not departing until 1000am the next day. Easy to find hotel and the location allows you to remain within the Terminal. The room/amenities are clean, tidy private space where you can sleep, refresh, shower and just relax. Beds are comfortable albeit a little short. When checking in they advised of some hotel works however placed us well away from the works which did not impact. They also offered a meal voucher (we did not use) which was nice. Would definitely use again if needed.

Great service from Revo and facilities were clean and exactly what I needed. The showers were clean and the general facility smelled great. Towel, slippers, and toothbrush were provided as well as fresh water. Overall I was extremely satisfied and I would come back again.

Excellent and clean showers and friendly service from Mr Revo. Best kept secret in Changi airport. I felt totally rejuvenated and ready for my long flight to San Francisco. This was was a great service. I could keep going but but will stop now.

Revo helped us with a happy reception and all the good information He accommodated all our requests. Room is clean and spacious, with room for our overnight carry-ons. Coffee maker and coffee/tea included

Fantastic service and room provided by Revo who was in charge when we visited the hotel. Very smooth check-in, and a nice and comfortable bed to rest in during our layover in Singapore. Would highly recommend especially for those with long-haul trips.

I have stayed multiple times at Ambassador transit at both terminal 2 and 3. This time I stayed at the one in Terminal 2. I booked a room with en-suite bathroom. The room was larger and the price was a little bit higher than the one with shared bathroom. The room and bathroom were both very plain. It was only good for an overnight transit. Now the price included breakfast. There was no other option. I did not take the breakfast as I had breakfast at the airline business lounge. For the convenience and ultra simple room, the price was high for the value. There was lack of sign to lead to the hotel. This time checkin time was quick as I was the only person there.

Good hotel to stay in if you need a place to rest between flights without the hassle of getting through the customs. Quite expensive for what it has to offer, but would stay in it again as there is not much choice. The lobby was quite busy at our arrival, and even though we had a reservation, it still took quite a long time to get the key - partly due to language barrier. I appreciated that we could check-in an hour earlier (luckily the hotel had availability and the price for an additional hour was about $25).
