I would recommend the property to anybody except for the fact that there was a constant smell in the bathroom. I dont know if it is from the toilet or just a general smell from the buildings plumbing but it would become really annoying for a multiple night stay. The location is good and the facilities are fine for what we wanted.

Had checked into the establishment as the home was undergoing renovations, and the experience was good. The room met our daily needs, and there was easy access to food and grocery. There was a casual and warm vibe in the establishment, which made it more cosy. The facilities, though a bit old, were well maintained and easy to use. It's definitely a good choice for a no-frill but comfortable stay. We had our dog with us, and there was also much space for walks around.

I took my children to a summer camp and chose a serviced apartment with a washing machine and a kitchenette. This price is very cost-effective in Singapore, and overall it is very clean and comfortable. It's very close to large supermarkets and food courts, which is very convenient. Walking in residential areas is also very nice. The only drawback is that it is still a bit far to walk to the subway station (the bus is very close), but overall I am very satisfied! Will recommend to friends in need.

Very good size room and location is not too far from Somerset mrt station. Close to killiney road eateries, supermarket and a massage spa. Swimming pool is little small and not that well maintained.
