房間不是很大，酒店環境還可以。但是完全不可以退改房間，如果你們的出行有可能改變行程的話，請不要選擇這一家。大堂經理會告訴你，你在攜程上預訂不允許退改，衹能扣百分百的錢。

酒店特別好，但是我們的房間保險箱壞了，施工人員來修也沒修好，提出給我們換房間，但是我們房間景觀特別好，不想換了，總的來説就是酒店的服務挺好的。酒店的早餐也特別好吃，比泛太平洋烏節那個好太多了！喜歡，下次還來！

Excellent location, just next to the Chinatown MRT exit E, a lot good food nearby.
The breakfast is excellent with a lot varieties, never see Bat Kut Teh for breakfast in any other hotel before 😄
Room size is ok, a bit humid, but not sure it is due to the aircon or room design (bathtub in the room)
Hotel staffs are all very friendly with nice smile. Babycot and pillows were sent in the room very quickly. Quick checkin and quick checkout process.
Remember to do online checkin, so can get 1 time free minibar.
