The room is indeed larger than other hotels in Singapore, but the cleanliness of the room is very poor. There were bloodstains and other people's hair on the bathtub when I first checked in.
The bathroom is very old and obviously in disrepair. It is like a hotel. There is still white caulking glue on the bathtub.
I don't believe it will open in 2024. It is probably just an old hotel or dormitory that has renovated the lobby and pretended to be newly opened.
I arrived in the early morning. The front desk staff didn't want to pay attention to us. There was basically no service. They were all rude.
The only advantage is that there is a shopping mall nearby and it is close to the airport.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience! The location is incredibly convenient, which is a major plus.
I did notice that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. While this didn't detract from my stay, I think adding one-way windows would be a fantastic improvement for guest privacy, especially during this period.
Despite the ongoing work, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would happily return.
