The hotel is in a very good location, just outside the outlet mall. It is also only one subway stop away from the airport, which is suitable for those who want to fly the next day. The room I booked does not have a shuttle bus. The outlet mall next to it is very cheap.

Arrived at 3+pm to check in but room was still not ready. Waited till about 415pm and room was still not ready, had to request staff to expedite. Thankfully got a free upgrade. Housekeeping were prompt to meet requests and needs. Visited the sauna and pool but all the lockers in the men's changing room were not available to use. Asked one housekeeping staff and she said all were faulty. Also all the shower cubicles had no shampoo and shower gel. It was a great disappointment and caused inconvenience. Prior to Dorsett, it was Capri by Fraser and the amenities were all provided for. Came here for wedding anniversary but was disappointed by the amenities. There was no carpet in the room to make it cozy anymore and there was stain on the wall in our room.

Check in was a little slow but amenities were top notch, they even had a microwave to heat up food and we loved that the sofa was placed in front of the bed!

Room was nice and spacious. Amenities onsite was great. However, room floor could be cleaner. Felt a little dusty. And we requested for extra blanket cus a pregnant lady needed extra warmth, waited 1.5hrs and eventually went down to the reception - only then the blanket arrived.

Facilities: The room is large and the hotel is relatively new, but it is not soundproof at all. The people coming in and out of the next room upstairs from the door are very loud.
Service: Really not good. Before booking, I confirmed through Ctrip that I could extend my stay for free until 1 o'clock. The flight was delayed that day and I arrived at the hotel at nearly 6 am. The front desk said that I had to check out at 11 o'clock. After repeated negotiations, they agreed to check out at 12 o'clock. If it exceeds 1 hour, it will cost 30 SGD. Ctrip helped again, but it still didn't work. . . Moreover, the check-in front desk didn't even say hello, not even say hi, and had a cold face throughout the whole process. There was basically no service awareness.
Environment: There is a shopping mall with food nearby, which is relatively close to the airport. It costs 20 SGD to take a taxi for 6 kilometers
