Located in the middle of Chinatown so the center of action. Rooms are a bit crowded but clean and safe. Very good customer service, the team is exceptional.

Overall hygiene and cleanliness is up to standard. Only 2 things I think the management need to seriously look into it.
1stly, I'm a Singaporean who works and live in China. At times I'll need to travel back to SG and I've always prefer to put up at a hostel. Your receptionist was pretty rude. “Sorry we don't serve Singaporean” That's the exact words. If you guys don't serve Singaporean then put it up on Ctrip so we can't book.
2ndly, every bed should have their own privacy. If you don't know how to enhance privacy then go check out the rest of the hostel in SG.

Clean room, clean toilet, shower. Bed is very clean. There is soap, shower gel. There are all necessary utensils. Large refrigerator. . Great location.
