Hotel is stylishly designed, room is clean and spacious for the price bracket. Sound proofing is very bad, we could hear the guest next door snoring, cars parking outside. Room amenities are less than expected, no hangers, no drinking water provided (hotel asked you to drink from the tap, though they did provide an electric kettle). Very strong air freshener smell. No phone reception.

Hotels in Singapore are small and expensive, and I was prepared for that. But when I entered this hotel, I was still shocked by the room where you can get into bed as soon as you open the door. This is more than 1,200 per night. The reason for the extremely poor experience is not only the small size, because the first floor is damp, the small window has no light, and it feels like being in prison; and the sound of traffic outside and the noise at night make it impossible to fall asleep during the day and at night.

Spacious and clean room and T&B, bed is super comfy. Location is few mins walk to Haji Lane and Arab streets. Lighting also sufficient. We enjoyed our stay
