The hotel is quite strategic, near the Bus and MRT stations in Jurong, and comfortable to stay. It's just a shame it's too small for the size..
Dining location, there are many Halal and non-Halal restaurants, Chinese, Indian and Malay cuisines are easy to find.

It was easy to get to the airport and Merlion Park from the MRT and bus, and I was able to get there with just one transfer. However, the area was not very safe, and I felt it was dangerous to walk alone at night. The room was clean, but the drains in the shower and sink did not flow well, so water would accumulate. The front desk staff were very kind.
