체크인부터 매우 편리하고 응대해주신 JEINI 님 빠르게 편리하게 체크인해주셔서 도착부터 매우 만족한 시작이었습니다.
아이들 생일 겸 간 호텔이라서 소소하지만 케이크도 챙겨주셔서 아주 좋았습니다.
새로 리뉴얼 했다고 설명에서 본것과 같이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
트윈룸이었는데 룸 크기도 다른 호텔에 비해 많이 넓은 느낌이고, 욕실도 넓어서 편하게 묵은 호텔이었습니다.
이 호텔에 1박만 한것이 너무 아쉬웠습니다.
수영장도 넓고 깔끔하게 잘 관리 되는것 같습니다.
다음에도 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
사진을 올리려 보니 제 핸드폰으로는 케이크 말고는 사진을 안찍었네요....

住了全球上百家酒店，對這家服務印象最差，五星級硬件，一星級服務，前台服務特別差，辦理業務效率低下，三點辦入住時説明要稍高樓層，前台非華裔女孩辦好入住手續，説較好樓層需要等待一小時，5點回到酒店同櫃枱多了一個非華裔男子拉着臉操作一番，結果給了最低樓層，無奈接受後碰到前台華裔經理，説明情況後安排另一個非華裔前台人員操作一番，還是不能調整，總之都是態度傲慢生硬，以後不會再住。

酒店房間非常寬敞舒服，尤其是有個沙發角落，簡直是小朋友的專屬遊戲角落。早餐選擇非常多，各種餐食都有。泳池區也很舒服，一家老小度過了非常舒適的3天。交通也非常便利，5分鐘步行到烏節路地鐵站，馬路對面就是ION，吃飯購物都很方便。

來新加坡特種兵旅遊，看國慶預演、球賽和游泳世錦賽，選了烏節路市中心的酒店，出地鐵口就能到酒店，酒店新裝修過，禮賓服務很好，視野不錯，早餐豐富。
