Always a great stay at hyatt but recently there is a construction going on at the pool so if anyone wanna stay please double check the pool if its available.. other then that it was superb..

As a hotel located in the center of Orchard Road, transportation is smooth and it is optimized for shopping and finding restaurants. However, due to construction in front of the hotel lobby, excessive noise interferes with relaxation. I hope it's over soon. Housekeeping also guarantees cleanliness every day. The difficulty is that there are not many restaurants in the hotel to eat. It wasn't bad for the price.

I really enjoyed my staycation at this hotel. The concierge staff was really friendly and welcoming. Their in-room service is great and food is warm and tasty. The amenities are great and Balmain shower soaps are used. Will come back.

Check in 1st day found blood stain on Bathing Rob. Bath tub is dirty & dusty. Did not top up coffee n we still have to call n ask for it. Due to Covid period the hotel shall be much cleaner than usual.

Been stay here on May 25-27, 2022. Book for Two Bedrooms Grand Deluxe, a great choice for me who travel with my husband, mom and mom in law. Super spacious 2 bedrooms with living room and working desk and small 'pantry' area. 1 bathroom inside master bedroom. And 1 closet with washtafel provided near tha living room.. Superb location. MRT is only walking distance ( 3 minutes walk ). Homey home !
