金沙名氣很大，服務態度很差，從辦理入住開始，櫃枱人員就是很冷淡……
最糟糕是57樓的早餐，排隊很糟糕，知道你是華人就服務更差！餐食太難吃……
一樓自助餐也很差，排隊很糟糕，知道是華人就服務特差！
客房服務很好！出租車服務也別好！機場海關服務特別好！

We expected the service to be average considering the scale of the hotel and how crowded it was. However we were pleasantly surprised. Their room service was quick and spot on. Rooms were so clean, spacious, modern and full of amenities. They really know how to manage such a large hotel and be hospitable at the same time.
