Excellent location. Raffles Place MRT station is right outside. Merlion Park is within walking distance. The service staff is very polite. The room is relatively large by Singapore standards. The shower room is large and has a bathtub. Very cost-effective

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to Singapore in the past decade. It has an excellent location, kitchen facilities and washing machines are all available in the rooms, the front desk is polite and thoughtful, and there is free fruit in the lobby on the first floor (there used to be free coffee, but it seems that you have to pay with coins now). In short, it is an ideal place for families and business travelers to stay.

When I come to Singapore lately I stay at Ascott Raffles Place. Great location (3 minutes walk to Lau Pa Sat, 15 minutes walk to Marina Bay), well-equipped apartments, 5-star hotel service. I want to thank our housekeeper Ryan for the efficiency, quality of cleaning and pleasant surprises. A quick note about the concierge: when I asked for help booking a table at the restaurant, he refused to help me, citing the fact that the restaurant is located in a hotel not owned by the Ascott chain. This is strange, as I would like to receive more support from management.

*"I had to switch rooms THREE TIMES—**the first one looked like a prison cell (and this is supposed to be a *5-star hotel*?!), the second **reeked of cigarette smoke** (in a country with *so many bans and fines*, really?!). Everything in the rooms is **ancient**—furniture, appliances, wallpaper… This isn’t even a hotel, it’s just **a crappy apartment complex**—no pool service, the lobby bar is *always closed*. The only decent thing was the **room service food** (cheap and not bad, probably from a nearby restaurant). The **only good thing** about this place? The location. If you want **actual service and cleanliness**, RUN THE OTHER WAY."**

I couldnt find any info on how to reach front desk or catering from my room via land phone
Food ordered via Grab was left at 1F entrance
Ascoot Orchard concierge can deliver food to my room directly
