Booked this hotel Venue the lily for my family guests in Joo Chiat, and it exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of eateries, shops, and transportation options right at our doorstep. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two. Stayed for two nights. It was very convenient to eat near the hotel. The two young men at the front desk who could speak Chinese provided good service. The older uncle who only spoke English was not very friendly!

The room was clean and perfect for 2 people. However, the toilet was small, and there was a small leaking from the ceiling when I was showering. Lots of restaurants nearby and there's a nearby 7-11. However, public transport such as MRT and bus stops are not closeby so you'll have to travel more to get around. Other than that it was okay. Staff were quick to respond too.
