Terrible Service – Only Good Thing is the Location I stayed at this hotel from May 9th to 12th, 2025 (3 nights). Upon check-in, I was given two key cards—one for the door and one to keep the electricity running in the room. The staff told me I could leave the power card in the slot while I was out, and that after 10 PM, no one would be at the front desk, but they could be contacted via WhatsApp. On the second night, I came back around 10:30 PM after a long day out. The front desk was already closed. When I entered my room, I discovered that the power card had been removed. Later, I found out that housekeeping had taken it out—but I still don’t understand why they entered my room and removed it in the first place. I tried to contact the hotel through WhatsApp, but no one responded because the phone had been left at the hotel. I had no way to reach anyone and had to spend the entire night without electricity. The next morning, I reported this to the front desk. The staff apologized and said they would inform the manager about possible compensation. That evening, I returned around 9:30 PM and spoke to a different staff member. I explained the situation again and asked if the manager had responded. The staff simply said the matter was “in process” and couldn’t give me a timeline. I said I was very unhappy with how things were handled, and the staff replied, “You can write a review if you want to share your opinion.” That response lacked any empathy and was completely unprofessional. To this day, I have received no follow-up from the hotel or the manager via email or WhatsApp.

The smell of mold was so terrible that the extension was abandoned on its own.

I stayed here as a solo female traveller! I don't speak English, but they were kind enough to help me and I had no problems. The room was clean and a bottle of water was provided every day. There was everything I needed, such as a kettle, towels and toothbrushes. There was only shampoo and body soap, so if that bothers you, I recommend bringing your own conditioner. The shower had plenty of hot water and there was no problem with the toilet. The room was small, but the space was well-used, so it didn't feel cramped. It's close to the main tourist sites and the MRT station, so it was very convenient to return to the hotel in the middle of sightseeing.

The room is very tired, it smells like sewage, there are no European sockets (the TV had 1 USB), you can hear your neighbors quite well, the pillow is too high and hard.

Everything is good. However, there is construction ongoing (written in hotel will be from 9am-6pm) but apparently from 8am plus till 9pm plus. There is also irresponsible hotel neighbours who chatting and shouting (until the corridor can listen) until 12am even though complaint has been made.

Close to Clarke Quay and Merlion Park. Great location. Very convenient for sightseeing from here. The taxi stand is right in front, so it was easy to call one. It was diagonally across from the police station, so it was safe. The building next door is currently (August 2024) under renovation, so there was some noise. I thought it was cheap for a place to stay in Singapore for this price. For those who only need toothbrushes and towels as amenities, it's not inconvenient. However, I thought it would be better if there was a description of shampoo and body soap. I didn't know which one it was.
