Even when it was time to check in, the staff was not at the reception, and no one answered my phone calls, so I had to wait for a long time. Time is precious during travel, so I wish they would at least be strict about the check-in start time.

The facilities are quite old, the room layout is strange, and the kitchen facilities are basically unusable. It is not suitable for tourism, but it is okay to stay if you are on a business trip nearby.

Not maintained. Not clean around the edges in the room eg shower head and wash basin, walls and corners. Pillows and blanket have strong sweat odours that cannot be sprayed to mask. very small sachet of soaps were provided. Aircon is strong and cold 👍 a good 12 mins walk to bus stop. Good selection of vending machines of drinks, coffee and hot food.

Due to time reasons, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for half an hour to check in. When I entered the room, I was stunned. There were mosquitoes and bugs on the bed sheets.

The room is totally different from the picture they uploaded on their site.
The place is not clean, so dusty and has ants.
Bedding and towels are not clean.
You can see visible stains on the headboard, very old sponge on the sink
Checked out the same day as the place was not “safe” to sleep in because of the visible dirt and stains on the bedding and towels.
