The environment is terrible. The quilt is wet and very humid. The air conditioner is broken. They gave me a small air conditioner as compensation, but it was very noisy.

Booked 3 nights as our home was being repainted but checked out after 1 night which I did not even stay in
1) Location not near any MrT
2) upon arriving at the reception aircon not on hence very stuffy asked receptionist can they turn it on as waiting while they handle checking in she said cos she is cold so she switch it off
3) a lot of ants in room 309
4) pls bring or buy yr own toiletries ie shampoo / conditioner and shower gel
