Booked the club room which gave access to club floor. An absolute must. Pool was amazing. Snacks and drinks available in lounge through out the day. Room comfortable. Great location near lots of great places to eat.

I'd like to thank Tina (if im not wrong) for such a smooth check in process at oasia! Booked it to celebrate my partner's birthday and they went to prepare the room with balloons in 30 mins!! Had an encounter with Reema too, she's delightful as well, with all my requests. the amenities provided when you book a club room was truly worth it (further more your own pool and breakfast lounge access)! I can't wait to be back!!

Environment: The hotel is across from the subway entrance and close to many food courts, making it convenient for travel.
Facilities: The room is a bit small, so unpacking with a larger suitcase might be a bit awkward. The bathroom wall was leaking a bit.

I advise everyone to choose carefully. Let me share my experience.
Cleanliness: I checked in at midnight on my first night. As soon as I opened the comforter, I saw a stain on the sheets. I called the front desk, and after more than 10 minutes, the receptionist brought another sheet. When I removed the stained one, I discovered blood on the mattress! I was so disgusted I wanted to vomit! I ended up getting a different room. If I hadn't already paid for the room, I would have seriously considered switching hotels! I was staying for eight consecutive days... That night, lying in bed, I couldn't help but feel unclean.
Environment: Regarding the food, the breakfast selection was limited. There was no lunch. All I could eat was bread, eggs, and a little fruit. The milk cups were also dirty; the bottoms were full of water, and I had to rinse them with water every time to make sure they were safe.
Facilities: The hotel windows didn't open, there were no vents, and the air conditioning was completely reliant on ventilation. There was a musty smell the moment I entered the room.
This hotel booking was a complete failure.

Lovely experience, highly recommend booking the club room it’s come with access to a better pool and breakfast. The rooms are nice and well maintained. I asked them to decorate for my husband’s birthday and they did a good job!
