The soundproofing is very poor. In the middle of the night, people in the next room were arguing, and they woke me up!
The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There were so many tour groups, so the waiting time for the elevator and breakfast was long. The breakfast was also average. I ate it once and never ate it again!
