Overall, I was satisfied. The service was good, the room was clean, and the suite was very practical. The bed was a little small at 80cm. On the first and second days, there were two female receptionists who spoke Chinese. On the third day, they were replaced by a male who didn't speak Chinese. There's a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. There's an affordable convenience store downstairs, a food court nearby, and a famous Wen Dong Ji restaurant with a long queue every day.

The city view is stunning, and there's a plaza nearby, making grocery shopping convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and affordable massage parlors are also available.

I can see mold at the edges of toilet door, the toilet blind is not very clean (can see dead insects on it) and sometime the water in the bathroom cannot be drained smoothly away. Other than the above, we are satisfied with the stay as the facilities and furniture in the rooms are good for use, they are cleaned or changed per the schedule given, and we could always top up water from drink machines, requested washing powder for the use of washing machine. We have even organized a BBQ for our friends to gather with us (see photos attached). We stayed about 20 days and enjoyed most of the time except there was a night the fire alarm was triggered by a drunk person. That was very disturbing because the alarm was lasted for more than an hour at midnight. We also experienced a fire alarm test drill in another day. We hope these can be minimized.

This is my second stay. Although it is not in the city center, there are hawker centers and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It is relatively local and not far from anywhere. The room is very clean and the facilities are convenient. There are not many people around, so it is quite quiet.
