Let me talk about the OK things first. 1. The location of the hotel is not bad. It is very close to the light rail and it takes about 6 or 7 minutes to walk. 2. If the room is for two adults and two children, it is not recommended at all. The bed in the double bed room is also very small. It is OK for a family of three with children under 6 years old. 3. The service is very poor and differentiated. We are all consumers, but the waiters may have international complexion and powder air to consumers who spend the same money. This is the only problem encountered in the 8-day trip to Singapore. On the first day, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt on Orchard Road, and on the third day, I moved to the landmark Sands Hotel. I did not encounter the problem of differentiated service. It should be that the training and overall quality of the waiters are not enough. First of all, I think there is no hierarchy in the profession. It is very unpleasant to be treated differently as a consumer. For breakfast on the third morning, we made an appointment at 9 o'clock. At 8:59, we arrived at the restaurant on the second year. At 9:10, our room number was confirmed and the meal was prepared for us. In these ten minutes, three groups of families who arrived later than us were given priority to confirm the meals, and we were given tableware and drinks, including food. We finally waited for 38 minutes for breakfast after urging twice. (This is the meal that was booked the day before, including the time) Since you have booked in advance, how can you be so chaotic and disorderly? Except for a thin waiter who apologized for the situation in the morning, no one else did. So I don't recommend this hotel at all. The service staff has no service attitude or ability. The profession is not expensive, but the attitude of the waiter in this hotel made me see the imperfection of human nature. Please avoid it.
