The price was so cheap that I was cautious, but I had a very satisfying week. Since I was going to work all day and just sleep, I thought a luxury hotel was a waste. However, if I were to book a cheap hotel, I would be dissatisfied with the cleanliness or the distance from the city center. Heritage Collection on Chinatown has successfully targeted this niche market. They don't clean every day, but since I wasn't staying at the hotel anyway, I didn't really feel the need. There is a laundry room where you can easily wash towels and other things. It was unfamiliar to check in and check out digitally, but fortunately, the manager MAICA was always walking around and checked on me via WhatsApp. I plan to stay here when I go on a business trip to Singapore.

Beware, this is my second stay here. But it will also be the last time. I only heard in the news that some hotels in Singapore will find various reasons to deduct your deposit, and this time it happened to me. I checked out at 11am, and at 17pm they said there was suspected cigarette ash in my room. I said I don’t smoke and you made a mistake. They said they would check it out, but told me that the guests reported that I caused the unpleasant odor. I asked them if they wanted to smell it themselves first. In short, they found reasons to deduct money. This is really outrageous. The most terrifying thing is that without my consent, they not only did not return the deposit, but they could actually deduct money directly from my bank card. They deducted the money without my confirmation. I had no information and they did not get my consent. This is simply too horrible. They are lawless and can do whatever they want.
