The staff are responsive and helpful.
Clean, auto check in, digital key, all basic daily supplies are provided.

Beware, this is my second stay here. But it will also be the last time. I only heard in the news that some hotels in Singapore will find various reasons to deduct your deposit, and this time it happened to me. I checked out at 11am, and at 17pm they said there was suspected cigarette ash in my room. I said I don’t smoke and you made a mistake. They said they would check it out, but told me that the guests reported that I caused the unpleasant odor. I asked them if they wanted to smell it themselves first. In short, they found reasons to deduct money. This is really outrageous. The most terrifying thing is that without my consent, they not only did not return the deposit, but they could actually deduct money directly from my bank card. They deducted the money without my confirmation. I had no information and they did not get my consent. This is simply too horrible. They are lawless and can do whatever they want.

I love how convenient the location is and that the online self check in is seamless. Takes away the hassle and makes checking in and checking out easy and fuss free. Maica mary and Lily had been super responsive with texts and so helpful with the questions that I’ve asked to make sure that I am comfortable during my stay

The hotel is located in a very nice area. Mary, Maica and Lily were very helpful with everything I needed. They made my check in and check out experience very smooth.
The room was well equipped but a bit small.

It was really a good experience staying at Heritage Collection on Chinatown. The room is cosy and clean. The team, Maica, Mary and Lily, welcomed me with their sincere service and hospitality. Special thanks to Lily who offered me a plastic bag and helped me to keep my clothes from the dryer.
