從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被那種低調奢華又不失温馨的氛圍打動。挑高的空間搭配柔和的燈光，精緻的花藝和藝術陳設隨處可見，瞬間讓人從旅途的疲憊中抽離出來，彷彿置身於一個舒適的藝術空間。前台工作人員的服務更是讓人印象深刻，微笑熱情又不失分寸，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的便利訊息，甚至主動詢問是否需要安排車輛服務，細節處的關懷讓人心裏暖暖的。
客房的品質更是沒話説。推開房門，乾淨整潔的環境撲面而來，裝修風格典雅大氣，傢俱的質感十足，看得出是精心挑選的。床品柔軟舒適，躺下就像陷進了雲朵裏，加上房間隔音效果極好，晚上睡得格外安穩，完美緩解了長途飛行的勞累。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，大理石枱麪乾淨亮潔，洗浴用品是知名品牌，香氣宜人，熱水供應充足穩定，洗個熱水澡簡直是種享受。最驚喜的是房間的景觀，拉開窗簾就能看到城市的繁華夜景，夜晚燈光璀璨，讓人忍不住多待一會兒。
餐飲方面也給了我們很多驚喜。早餐種類豐富到讓人眼花繚亂，中西式菜品應有盡有，食材新鮮，味道正宗。無論是現做的歐姆蛋，還是新加坡本地特色的叻沙，都讓人回味無窮。餐廳的服務人員會及時收走空盤，主動詢問是否需要咖啡或茶，用餐氛圍輕鬆愉悦。我們還體驗了酒店的中餐廳，菜品擺盤精緻，味道地道，服務員對每道菜的介紹都很詳細，用餐體驗感拉滿。
酒店的配套設施也值得稱讚。健身房器材齊全先進，還配有專業的教練可以諮詢，運動完後去泳池放鬆一下，泳池水質清澈，環境優美，曬着太陽游泳特別愜意。SPA中心的服務也很專業，技師手法嫻熟，做完後整個人都輕鬆了不少。
此外，酒店的地理位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，離地鐵站不遠，去景點和商圈都很方便，酒店門口還有出租車等候區，出行非常便捷。
總的來説，新加坡JW萬豪酒店在服務、環境、設施、餐飲等各個方面都做到了極致，讓我們度過了一段非常愉快的旅程。下次再來新加坡，這裏絕對是首選，強烈推薦給大家！
