JW South Beach has a great location, great service, and beautiful rooms with lots of mirrors. The spa and manicure in the hotel are highly recommended. There is a subway station downstairs and many restaurants. It is very close to Raffles and Suntec. Super convenient!

When I checked in at the hotel, taxes were collected for no reason. The receptionist at the front desk was completely unclear about the purpose of the payment. The whole family heard that they only charged 90 Singapore dollars. When collecting the deposit, they did not accept UnionPay cards and asked for a visa. Finally, they checked out. When I checked out, the receptionist forced me to use express to check out. After receiving the bill via email, I found out that the extra person charge was 90 Singapore dollars for no reason and was charged daily. It was very dishonest. When I checked out, I was charged 90 Singapore dollars. I asked how to handle the deposit, and the receptionist said it would be cancelled. However, in the end, the deposit was fully charged, and an additional SGD 31.4 was charged. Basically, the front desk staff of this hotel deliberately deceived guests and was dishonest, forcing guests to use express check-out. No one else checked out that day, only us. The reception staff service of this hotel is definitely bad. I will also explain to my friends in the future not to choose this hotel.
