房間雖小，但酒店服務很好👍👍👍，不僅有懂中文的前台，還送了紅酒和生日蛋糕🎂，並同意延遲退房到下午一點。｜另外每天給許多礦泉水，酒店地理位置很好，去金莎公園、魚尾師公園、國家美術館都不遠。酒店的早餐十分豐富中歺、韓歺、西歺、新加坡歺食都有，連吃三天不重樣。再來新加坡還會選擇此酒店

The hotel is located near the subway station. The design is stylish but the lighting is dim.
You can check in early even if you arrive at 8 a.m. It’s worth a thumbs up!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The room was impeccably clean with a lovely view overlooking Raffles Hotel. Check-in was seamless, and the warm welcome from the Malay Ladies added a personal touch to our arrival. Special thanks to the guest relations team, especially Kelly Chan and her team, for making my birthday celebration extra special.
Room service was prompt and efficient, meeting all our needs during our stay. I also want to extend my gratitude to Joanna from housekeeping as well as the room service manager for their swift assistance.
Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of high-quality dishes. I particularly enjoyed the chili crab omelette. However, while some staff, like the coffee master and the Korean/Japanese lady, were welcoming and friendly, others seemed a bit distant and less enthusiastic. This was a departure from the warm hospitality I've experienced at other hotel chains (Shangri-La or ParkRoyal Collection). Perhaps it was due to our request to sit in a brighter area of the restaurant for my daughter's comfort, but it would be nice to see consistent warmth and friendliness across all staff members.
Additionally, the handling of used plates could be improved. Instead of the loud, noisy trolley method commonly found in local restaurants, a quieter, more discreet approach would enhance the dining experience.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.
