There were no futons, only duvet covers, and the air conditioner was too strong so it was very cold and I couldn't sleep well. The heavy bass music outside was loud and blaring until after midnight. There were only two showers and only cold water. There was no place to change clothes even though it was a mixed-gender room. I arrived after 6pm, but there was no one there and there was just a self-check-in letter left, and I had trouble figuring out how to open the door.

The location is close to major tourist attractions, so it is convenient to move around, but the rest of the service, cleanliness, and facilities are different from what was described in advance and the photos, and it is an unreliable accommodation. I do not want to recommend it.

The facilities and equipment are also very complete, including smart toilets, high-speed wireless networks, and high-quality toiletries, which fully meet my needs. The hotel's dining is a highlight. The breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese hot porridge, buns, Western bread, fried eggs, fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee. Every bite can feel the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients. The restaurant has an elegant environment, the service staff is friendly, and the dining process is very pleasant. The hotel is also in a great location, with convenient transportation around it, and shopping malls and attractions are all within walking distance. It is very convenient for both business and leisure travel. Every moment at [hotel name] made me feel the warmth and comfort of home.
