There were some problems when checking in at midnight, which were not solved well. Fortunately, Ctrip has been providing follow-up services for the hotel booked on the Ctrip platform. The hotel provided a solution on the second day and I was quite satisfied.

Had some hiccups with the bed (wanted twin but given a combined king bed). Bed got split with no issues but would be great if the phone in the room worked. Other than that great stay!
