Everything is excellent except the water disperser in the room, one time filling is 220ml but the cup is ~180-200ml...Always a waste of remaining water, which I need to get another cup to receive the water...

Great service with good attitude at the reception. Able to accommodate housekeeping request. Hotel is located at one of the best location in Singapore. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and patronise again!

The hotel is not friendly to Chinese people. The room reserved for us was dark, gloomy and smelly. We stayed there for 7 consecutive days, not because the hotel was so good, but because we were too lazy to move. The hygiene was also average. Except for changing bath towels and toothbrushes in the toilet every day, the bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed for 7 days. The bed looked flat, but they just didn't give it a new one.

The hotel is small but clean. The subway is very convenient for traveling. It's nice to have a hotel like this in Singapore where every inch of land is valuable.
