Liked the small cozy feel if the hotel. Plenty of food nearby. Nice to have coffee machine in the pantry dispensing free coffee or hot chocolate .

Booking on-site is cheaper. The main issue was the construction going on all day when I checked in, which was a real pain. It was incredibly noisy, and they gave me breakfast vouchers that I had to walk a long way to redeem. It was incredibly inconvenient. I stayed there for several days, but didn't actually eat out a single day. I had to walk at least ten minutes in the sun to redeem them.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Singapore. A green oasis of peace and quiet, smack in the middle of Singapore. A down the hill you’ll find Killiney Road with several delightful restaurants set in historical buildings and at the end of that street you stroll into Orchard Road, between Somerset and Doby Ghaut.
Staff is very friendly and helpful in general but I would like to mention Annie especially. With her positive attitude, local knowledge and cheerful attitude she was able to resolve any problem and very much made my stay truly unforgettable.
I would very much recommend this hotel for couples and those looking for a relaxing, romantic, and charming urban retreat.
