I booked 4 rooms for my famiy to stay one week in Singapore. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The apt amenities included a washer and dryer and a refrigerator and kitchen area that were very nice. Email customer service communucations with the hotel before and after our stay were promptly responded to. Hotel is in a very convenient area close to MRT and also has access to quick local food that is good. Excellent Hainan Chicken cafe and Kaya toast (Killiney) stores within one block. Highky reccomend as this place is good value for families visiting Singapore and much less cost per day han the major chain hotels in the downtown area. Train system MRT is very fast and efficient and close by. Will comer here again mwhen we return to Singapore..

This is a fantastic hotel/apartment.It is large spacious and has washing machine /Dryer,Microwave,Hotplate ,iron and ironing board.It is well located near Orchard Road.It has a well stocked supermarket downstairs.Staff are fantastic and very friendly.I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Singapore.

This was an AWESOME hotel to stay at. So welcoming, super CLEAN, fantastic, quiet location. We went as a girls group. 4 of us so 2 in each room. We were practically next to each other on the same floor which was great. The staff were OUTSTANDING!! So helpful and friendly, when we would come down to the lobby to book a taxi, it would miraculously appear within minutes. The room was clean, comfy beds, great bathroom and divine shower. We even got to use the pool which was refreshing with a lovely garden. The free breakfast was a highlight. so many choices which had changed additions each day we were there. Not to mention the awesome little FairPrice Supermarket located right next to the hotel. MRT just a quick walk around the corner which got us onto Orchard road in one stop. If we make our girls getaway an annual event, I'd LOVE to stay here again.

The hotel was located in a residential area off Orchard Road so it was relatively quiet, yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk away from Orchard Road and MRT Station. The 24-Hours Supermarket directly below the hotel was a real plus, and the included breakfast buffet was quite adequate to start a day! The in-suite washer/dryer was a life-saver as we perspired a lot in Singapore hot and humid weather!

Hotel staff are very friendly. Apartment rooms are really good and having a washing machine in the room was great. Close to the hotel is a 24 hour store which keeps all your essentials. Orchard Road is really close by, as is Somerset MRT which is accessible through Orchard Gateway Mall
