I booked 4 rooms for my famiy to stay one week in Singapore. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The apt amenities included a washer and dryer and a refrigerator and kitchen area that were very nice. Email customer service communucations with the hotel before and after our stay were promptly responded to. Hotel is in a very convenient area close to MRT and also has access to quick local food that is good. Excellent Hainan Chicken cafe and Kaya toast (Killiney) stores within one block. Highky reccomend as this place is good value for families visiting Singapore and much less cost per day han the major chain hotels in the downtown area. Train system MRT is very fast and efficient and close by. Will comer here again mwhen we return to Singapore..

Was pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit which was massive. 2 bathrooms washing machine / dryer. Breakfast included a good selection that changed daily and the breakfast team do a great job. Supermarket on-site and minutes to Somerset MRT, Orchard Rd and food vendors across the street. Welcoming front desk, concierge and housekeeping was very accommodating. All and all a great place to stay and spread out.

常宿のOGCに今回も一週間お世話になりました。
新型コロナ禍前に比べると価格はかなり上がりましたが、全般的な相場と円安に照らして仕方ないですね。
施設面・ソフト面共に他のサービスアパートメントに比べてコスパが良いと思います。
今回は初めて夕食をホテル１階のレストランで食べました。お粥（というより雑炊）を中心とするビュッフェですが、値段の割に品ぞろえや味が良かったです。
近隣に飲食店はそれなりにありますが、次回以降、会食等に利用したいと思います。

Excellent hotel in good location for sightseeing
Excellent hotel in very good location. Room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine / dryer a bonus. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent selection of foods for breakfast. Would definitely stay again ( stayed for one week ). Metro stop only a few minutes away, and big supermarket attached to the hotel made any food shopping easy.

Very close to Orchard road and the Somerset MRT. The apartments are nicely designed, functional, and maintained cleanly. The housekeeping staff does a good job. There is an elderly person sitting at a single desk at the entrance of the hotel who is always smiling and helpful with directions and finding taxis. Wonderful man and definitely deserves a raise just for the polite way he talks with guests. The concierge staff could do with some smiles though. But, overall an excellent stay and would recommend it for your stay in Singapore.
