The villa is simply awesome, our private butler was great as well.
Laksa was the most yummy one which i have tasted.
Every staff is amazing. However we encountered some minor issues with the lightings in the room. Overall a great villa and we will be back!

I rarely give negative reviews but the service at Raffles Sentosa was shocking. Extremely rude hotel lobby doorman, getting honked by a hotel staff driving a buggy when we were walking on the buggy/walking path within the hotel premises, the hotel refusing to bring more champagne and wine glasses for our visitors within visiting hours (because we are only entitled to 2 per registered guest), numerous buggy drivers driving right by us as we navigated the hotel promise on foot as the signs are extremely misleading.
The villa itself is nice and new although the design can be a little inconvenient due to the distance from the sink (in a separate living quarter) to the living room. The pool is poorly designed so the water comes out more than a metre from the edge of the pool so keep your shoes far away.
My groups of friends and I are in our 20s, going on 30 and we were there to celebrate one of us getting engaged. Overall the sense we got is that their treatment of hotel guests is unequal and unfortunately seems to be the kind of venue which sizes up its guest. Absolutely not worth the price and leagues below neighbouring options like Capella. We’ll definitely be headed back to Capella for the next engagement party that’s for sure.

The best hotel in Singapore, very similar to a luxury hotel in Thailand, very suitable for vacation. Always great to be back at the Raffles Sentosa. The privacy of the villas are unmatched. It's great to experience the best of both worlds - the Butler, service of the raffles brand and the Tranquility and nature of Sentosa Island.
Since I came last time, the in-villa dining options have increased significantly and the breakfast was extremely enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again when I'm in Singapore for work.

We stayed at the hotel from April 20th to 22nd. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a swimming pool. We headed straight to the hotel as soon as we got off the plane. Arrive at the front desk and check in. As soon as I entered the room, I was full of anticipation. But the series of problems that followed were really unpleasant experiences. First of all, the ceiling was leaking when I entered the room on the first day. Then change rooms. Moving around is quite a hassle. It also wastes time. Also their paths are very unreasonable. The electric bike couldn't turn around at all, or even go through a big bend. Breakfast is also hard to describe. There are even more disgusting things. We checked out on the 22nd. Raffles cannot be a resort.
