From the room to the hall, you need to open the heavy door and cross from the outside. It is very troublesome on a hot day. Moreover, the hall does not have a bathroom. Washing hands and so on, you have to cross from the outside to the room. It is best not to trust the butler service. The WeChat you sent to the butler will not reply to you for several hours. It is better to call the front desk, which will respond faster. If you bring a baby, be prepared to soak in your own swimming pool every day.

Raffles cannot be a resort. First: The famous butler service, the butler did not contact us via WhatsApp from check-in to check-out, and only led us to the room to meet us once (so funny, so funny). Second: They only made the bed after I called them the first night, and they didn’t even pick up the trash. They didn’t make the bed at all the second night (even Marriott’s edition hotels make the bed, which really makes me laugh) Third: Many waiters pretend to be deaf. Hahaha. For breakfast, I asked for avocado on the sides, and they didn’t give it to me (I’m used to it). Fourth: The butler at the beginning asked us about the tea ceremony, but didn’t give us any feedback afterwards. He seemed to be pretending to have amnesia, hahaha! Fifth: The funniest thing is that before checking out, we had already called the front desk to ask the electric car to pick us up, and then when I arrived at the reception, she arranged for someone to count how much we had eaten in the minibar. I literally sat there waiting for her waiter to count 😂 I've never experienced this before, I almost laughed to death, so rude. Then she asked me how I felt, and I told her about the housekeeper and the turndown, but I didn't mention the crappy breakfast, many facilities and restaurants were closed, and the fire alarm went off two or three times by mistake.
