It says 14 square meters, but it's only 6-7 square meters. Worst accommodation experience. Please be careful if you booked the hotel without knowing the reason.

This property is located in a quiet residential part of Singapore. There are no major supermarkets nearby, just small places like 7-11 and Giant Express. There are several restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. It took us about an hour to get into central Singapore. Describing our room as a family suite that sleeps 6 people is deceptive. Barely a room, let alone a suite. It is in the loft space under the rafters of an old building. It is much smaller than the pictures. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was no flat sheet, just a small blanket…not sure if they are washed between guests. There is no storage in the room. The lights are bright white with no dimmer. The shower is open in the bathroom so expect water everywhere. There is nowhere to hang anything, no towel rail or hook. There are wide gaps in the glass door, no privacy. There is no sink in the bathroom and no hand soap. Also, one old threadbare towel per person, no floor mat or face towels. While the lobby looks cool, the hallways are worn and full of washing machines used by housekeepers. The washing machines are loud and beep a melody when finished, all day and late into the night. There was an outside area by the hallway for smokers When we checked in, we were asked for a deposit and told that the room would be inspected for things like stains on the sheets when we checked out. There is no one at the counter 2am to 9am. The staff are rude, arrogant and dismissive.
