A Hotel Bugis, 11Hrs, Stay From 8PM To 9AM

It's an hourly room. You have to check out by 9 a.m. every morning and check in again in the evening. Everyone, please be aware of this. I booked a five-day stay with them this time, but the front desk told me I had to check out every morning, go out all day, and check in again at 6 p.m. That's ridiculous! If you can't sell the room, don't sell it, or just overcharge! Luckily, the two hotels next door have the same price and offer all-day stays, so there's no such thing as a daytime check-out! This caused me to change hotels frequently during my trip! When I booked, there wasn't a Chinese notice saying "hourly room." It's only because of this booking that I see it on the page now! The front desk was very stubborn and wouldn't accommodate me. I was already there, and five days cost nearly 4,000 yuan. I had just gotten off the plane, and after a long wait, I arrived at the hotel ready to stay. I ended up waiting at the front desk for nearly two hours. I tried to contact Ctrip, but the entire wait was interrupted, and the front desk didn't even answer Ctrip's calls. I eventually got a refund for two nights, and Ctrip reimbursed me for the remaining three nights. I decided to stay at Hotel 81 next door, stayed there for two days, and then moved on. I paid out of pocket for taxis and relocations, and the main thing is, I didn't have a good time, so I was anxious about booking hotels every day, figuring out where to stay, and constantly moving my luggage! It was really frustrating! They first scammed you into paying me a low price of 600 or 700 yuan a day, but then they only sell you rooms for the night and won't let you stay during the day! It's so weird. Before I booked, the whole thing was in English, and there wasn't even the word "hourly room"—it only became available today! It only became available after Ctrip compensated me! Ctrip has no problem with that, it's just the hotel manager! It's so difficult to communicate with and so unreasonable! Ctrip won't list their rooms either, let them sell them themselves! No one would come to this hotel! I asked travelers who don't speak English, and nine out of ten couldn't figure out that the page meant hourly rooms, right? After I complained, they added the Chinese text for hourly rooms! Who would stay here for five nights if they knew it was hourly rooms? You're just asking for trouble! I'm unfamiliar with the place, and I had to drag my big suitcase around looking for a hotel!

Real review: The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not even as good as a small hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures. There is a strong odor (bathroom smell plus air freshener). The soundproofing is poor. I can hear the snoring next door clearly, not to mention the loud noise. There are no slippers. The air conditioner cannot be turned off (to remove the odor). The room is small. The worst thing is the mattress. You will know after sleeping there for one night.
