作為經常出差，走遍全國各地的我來説有史以來住得最差的酒店，沒有之一！嚴重拉低了攜程的服務感知，也嚴重影響了新加坡的對外形象！住店沒有房卡，想進門前台沒人，打電話沒有人接，衹能乾等；空調和冰箱噪聲驚人，但是跟窗外馬路上汽車和摩託的間隙式噪聲相比還是小巫見大巫，晚上很抓狂，根本無法入睡，屋內衞生間牆壁全是污垢，蚊蟲亂飛，花灑衹能一手拿着才能使用；蓋的衹有深色化纖毯子，入住期間屋裡沒有人打掃衞生，莫名滿桌滿地的水也沒有人管……總之：這個酒店突破了一個正常入住人的心理底線，近1千人民幣每晚的房價就是個笑話，預訂後半小時不給退就是個大坑！原來看評價還覺得不可思議，親身體驗後發現竟然發現全是糟點和問題！強烈建議攜程下架該不良商家，新加坡政府吊銷該店營業執照！！！

整個酒店其實就是民宿，前台非常小，房間進去一股黴味，空調開了大半天也沒有任何效果，床單和枕頭超級無敵巨臟，都發黃了，還有洞，有黴點，夏天入住沒有鋪蓋，衹有毛毯，非常離奇，當時和朋友下午兩點進去，立馬就想走了，無奈人家是不可取消的酒店🙄，我們訂了兩晚上，找到前台溝通説能不能退第二天晚上的房間，前台不同意，我們又説我們可以接受退一半，人家也不同意。最後實在沒法又訂了別家的酒店，直接走了。大家一定不要踩坑！！！！巨差無比！超級骯臟！！

The hotel is dirty, not clean, there are broken things, the refrigerator looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years, there are a lot of stains, other guests hang their clothes on the balcony, it's ugly and smells of cigarettes, the bed sheets have marks, most importantly, there is a mouse in our room, my boyfriend saw it and at night it entered my suitcase and bit our snacks, damaging them. We asked for a refund from the hotel, they chased us to ask on the app, but when we asked on the app, the app talked to the hotel that their room was clean and refused to refund us. It's really disgusting. The app should reconsider making a contract with this hotel. I will stop using this app because it cannot protect consumers at all. The hotel is not as advertised.
