Unfriendly staff and poor service
I stayed at this hotel recently and I am very disappointed with the staff's attitude. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and impersonal. There was no courtesy, no smile; we clearly felt like we were intruding.
When I asked for information about the hotel's services, the receptionist responded in a curt and unprofessional manner. I also had a problem with my room (missing towels), and despite several calls, no one ever came to resolve the situation.

So crammed rooms and yes children can stay with their parents but they forgot to mention in the app that it has extra charge. It is only when u arrive On site they will tell u that. No pillows towels sheets provided for the child that will stay with the family members, unless you will ask (but they will still doubt you that it has been given).
