I was attacked by bedbugs during my last stay, wrote to inform the hotel but they don’t responded. Hopefully this public complain will have them look into it and not to have other travellers to suffered.

The Stephen Novitel Hotel completely exceeded my imagination. It is very stylish and novel. The whole hotel is very clean and has a sense of design. The staff are also very enthusiastic and proactive, especially the front desk staff who handle problems very carefully. The interior of the room is very large, the outdoor swimming pool is great, and the water temperature is also very good. In particular, the hotel breakfast has many varieties and many choices. It is the first choice hotel for family and business trips.
