The hotel swimming pool is very convenient and the rooms are clean. The location is unique. The service staff is nice. I will continue to choose next time. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete.

The room is relatively big among the hotels I have stayed in Singapore. It is not bad for business trips. However, the reception is on the 2nd floor. There is no staff on the 1st floor to greet people. I saw hotel customers wandering around on the 1st floor looking for the hotel entrance several times. I feel that the service is a bit poor. It is rated as a 4-star hotel. I have stayed in 3-star hotels before and there were staff to greet people when they checked in and took their luggage. The soundproofing is a bit poor. I can hear all kinds of inappropriate content, but this is also a common problem of hotels in Singapore.
